I think it would be a great idea, if only to clear the names of all who are innocent. Oh and while it is true that in December he was President elect, he was not the POTUS. Since he became POTUS 36 days ago the report I read says that conditions have improved. One thing has been that "hooding" is no longer used. Of course the biggest changes occurred some years ago. And remember Bush released over 70% of those who were detained there, apparently they really were not al Qaeda or Taliban Interest in a Congressional investigation is definitely growing.
