[...] That pesky little fact of little to no warming since 1998 might throw a monkey in the control room, though. And, it doesn’t help the the climahysteric leaders put enormous amounts of CO2 in the atmosphere, and then simply make a payment on carbon credits, which many investigations have found to be fraudulent investments at worst, won’t help for over ten years at best. Then you have that whole issue about temperature going up prior to a rise in CO2, the 800 year CO2 release, of, and that pesky issue of centuries (or longer) of a warming trend followed by centuries (or longer) of a cooling trend, which has been going on for billions of years. And that pesky fact that CO2 has been much higher in the past. [...]

Duncan,

Another attempt to control people, this time through the consumption of beef and their food.

I didn't see any sort of government mandate in this article. This was simply a study. If someone who is actually concerned about the planet that much wants to use this as one more reason to avoid beef, more power to them. I'm thinking this will mostly serve as additional fuel for vegetarians.

This is obviously not going to affect you in any way, though. You will continue to refuse to do ANYTHING to battle climate change because you don't understand the first thing about our climate system. You laugh and laugh about what you consider to be ridiculous AGW hysteria, and yet you can't answer the simplest of scientific questions. How about doing a little homework and then making big boy arguments for once? It'd be a nice change of pace. These childish antics I constantly see from you and Teach are getting old, especially considering the ironic fact that you have no idea what you're talking about.

Hey JR,

Did Obama buy his steaks from Morgan Ranch at that price? Hmm? Or did he buy them from some trendy restaurant to cater? Perhaps the White House chef got online and ordered the steaks from MR. Does any government agency, even the White House, pay less than premium? I sincerely doubt it. It is you and me that find ways to make money stretch, not government.

Another attempt to control people, this time through the consumption of beef and their food. Red meat is also unhealthy for you to eat. Much better to eat tofu burgers. Lower cholesterol and calorie intake. No heart disease, no weight issues, and no need to purchase carbon credits! Its a win.. win.. win... =))

doncha just hate it when liberals are rich enough to be able to afford the best steak ?
Actually if you had cared enough to look you probably could find that it is much less than 100 dollars per serving. http://www.morganranchinc.com/2858.htm?gclid=COiEi_mt5JgCFQw9GgodgndLcw
