A new low tempature record was set not far (Bristol Tn) from Algorabge’s digs. More predicted in the next few days.

Untrue ManBearPig !! I have said that I predict that it will be amongst the 10% warmest in the history of recorded temperatures which is about the last 115 years. What the temp was 1 billion years ago has little relevance to life on earth as we now know it. What the whether will be like in 10,000 years in the future is to me equally as unimportant. The last full year that we have records for is 2007 was the 10th warmest ever recorded for the United States and the fifth warmest for global surface temps. The links that I provide are always to the official US government agencies, not to some “scientist” or “expert” or whomever else can be found that holds a contrarian view.
