I think it's great. I have had several family members that have been hit with and died from various types of cancer, and I know how hard it is to watch someone just fade out knowing you can't really do anything. Or that the treatments they have for it now can get rid of the cancer, but leave you in rough shape afterward (radiation and chemo). This sounds VERY promising and I hope they can work it into a cure for humans.

This is why pharmaceutical companies charge so much for their medicines. Think about what it cost to develop this therapy to the point of getting it into the human trial phase.

Um, John, what in the f*ck does that have to do with anything? Isn't it kinda cool that they are starting these trials, which could go a long way towards curing cancer?

I've often wondered that about Johnny-Cakes, why he feels the need to comment about political polls in topics that have nothing to do with politics. That's like me going into a topic about the Obama campaign and say "I like waffles".

Maybe johnny-Cakes just has an overwhelming man-crush on Teach???

See Johnny Boy, you comment on McCain/Obama on a post about a cure for cancer. This is the perfect example of your stupidity. Any valid points you ever make are entirely canceled out by the fact that you are incapable of staying of subject and unable to place your psychosis on a leash; even temporarily.

Someone stick a fork in him, he done.

At this time McCain is ahead of Obama by only 4% in North Carolina. This will be a definite battleground state and may very well go from a fly over state to a fly to state. http://www.realclearpolitics.com/
