		<description>Don&#039;t forget the ability to communicate the occurrence of an earthquake.  It really wasn&#039;t THAT long ago that remote areas did not have access to the outside world.  Technology has now allowed for communication from regions that before could not.</description>

As I have posted before the volcanic and solar activity combined together since 1950 SHOULD have given us global cooling but instead surprise again  we got global warming.
Ron Paul is one of the few that support your position.</description>
