Seriously, in wireless sales, back when I started, we always had this saying that if one didn't start selling instead of being an order taker, we would replace them with trained monkeys. Most of my staff at the past 2 stores were Black. The last store, I did most of the hiring, this one, I took over with most of the staff. And the business has had a large influx of Black since about 2001-2002, so, in order to not get the shit sued out of us, we say "college kids for min wage."
