It is about people making statements that are so out there as to be despicable, such as wishing death on Cheney, Bush, Laura Ingraham, etc. If I catch someone on my blog going over the line I have placed in the sidebar (which looks like I forgot to add for individual post), their comment will either be edited or deleted. I may not get that many comments, but, I have done so in the past, and have even IP banned people, including, if memory serves, two conservatives. I have a large tolerance for somewhat nasty behavior, mostly due to the forum I frequent, but, heck, if you feel someone has gone over the line, tell me, and I will do something about it in your favor.
