What do you mean by “they”? Do you mean women? I don’t know anyone that would refer to a woman (any woman) as a tramp. Have I misunderstood? I hope I have.
Silke, the term refers to the tattoo on a persons back right above the buttocks. And it is not limited to women, either. Some men have them. Hey, I did not make up the term. Doesn’t mean the person is a tramp.
