So it's a little bit different than illegal. He was convicted of incest after the more serious charge of rape against a 16-year-old relative was reduced in 1990. He was mentally evaluated to be a sadist and a pedophile. He had drug and alcohol problems and threatened someone with a weapon - don't remember what year. He sounded to me like a bomb waiting to go off, quite frankly. Why do they let pedos loose when they know they're going to do it again? There is no chance of rehabilitating them! They get off on children and don't prefer adults to get their jollies. It's just the way they are. Combine that with the sadist component and there's a big problem. This little girl's underwear was found in his apartment...and he told them where to find her body. I think it's an open-and-shut case. But of course people will start whining about what a victim he is, that he's a minority and pull out all that old tired crap to come to his support. I just feel sorry for the girl's family...she was nabbed behind her house in an alley on the 4th of July by this pervert. And she was only 12. He was here in the US legally, an I-130 petition by his mother and step-father. That makes him a legal immigrant. He served in the US Army(can't do that if illegal). Yes I'm reading between the lines in saying Adhahn is a legal alien, b but as someone who's petitioned relatives here to the US, I do know a little on the subject. Just do a google search for I-130 and you'll see the relatives that can be petitioned.
