I suggest pop stars and Hollywood types step up to the plate and call for a $5 per ticket surcharge for all concerts and movies. Given the thousands and thousands who flock to these (environmentally unnecessary) events in automobiles, it is only right that attendees are taxed to pay for their damage to Mother Gaia. Over a 5-year period the surcharge can be ramped up to $10 per ticket.
