Leftards Into Massive Boycott Mode. Again

You really have to love these people. They love their little boycotts against business. Sure, some on the Right have done this now and then, such as when the American Family Association said they would boycott WalMart (CNN wrote that they were a religious group, like that is a bad thing), but, nowhere near what the Left does.

I have yet to see a website that tells people to "buy Red," however, if you are not familiar with it, the Left has a "Buy Blue" website. They go out of their way to see what donations companies have made, labor and human rights, the environment, etc, and, if more then a certain percentage to Republicans or bad actions (according to them), they say do not buy there.

Heck, Progressive Insurance gave 97% to Democrats, and I still have my insurance through them. Caribou Coffee gave 95% Democrat, and that is where I get my coffee. Don't care, as the coffee is good.

Now, though, the little freaks are going a step further in their boycotts. Why?

An internal ABC Radio Networks memo obtained by Media Matters for America, originally from a listener to The Peter B. Collins Show, indicates that nearly 100 ABC advertisers insist that their commercials be blacked out on Air America Radio affiliates. According to the memo, the adverstisers insist that "NONE of their commercials air during AIR AMERICA programming." Among the advertisers listed are Bank of America, Exxon Mobil, Federal Express, General Electric, McDonald's, Microsoft, Wal-Mart, and the U.S. Navy.

There is an associated list on the webpage of those advertisers, and also at Media Matters, which, BTW, includes the company I work for. Not saying which.

Funny thing is, most of the Lefties do not even listen to Air Deadbeat. You can tell from their pathetic ratings. And, of course, the DUmmies are getting all hot and bothered about this here.

Let's see how well they do boycotting Microsoft when they want a new computer, Exxon when they are about to run out of gas in their SUV's, Coke or Pepsi when they are thirsty, and Nestle when they need that chocolate fix for their flabby, doesn't-join-in-school-athletics kid. 🙂

Oh, and let's not forget Visa, Hershey's, Frito Lay, Paramount, and Johnson & Johnson. Gawdawful funny.

be a voice for the left and let these assholes know you intend to boycott their services/products–and that squelching free speech in this country is UNAMERICAN!

I wasn't aware that advertising is "Free Speech." Double LOL!
