I won’t disagree with you scrapiron, but it is more about keying off certain words and phrases. If someone hears you and I talking about robbing a bank domestically, they cannot do anything about it. Legally. If they hear about a potential terrorist attach, then it comes under national security.

I don’t want the NSA tracking my phone calls, get in at least the current century. Since i’m not a criminal, listen to each and every call, record them and do what you want with them. ONLY CRIMINALS,DRUG TRAFFIC KINGPINS, AND CROOKED POLITICIANS WORRY ABOUT SOMEONE TAPPING THEIR PHONE; The dim-wit party fits all of the above.

I have it on good authority that “CSI…”, “Law & Order”, etal are busy doing “rewrites”….apparently all their shows involved some crime being solved using the personal phone record of some Poor Oppressed American.
