No one can say for sure that the entire NSA program wasn't a ploy (never intercepted one call) to trick the terrorists into using some type of communications that can be tracked. Monitoring billions of call to get to one is an almost impossable task. The fact that not one left winger can come up with one instance that any national security programs has violated one right is enough to prove they are so paranoid they should be comitted before they injure themselves or others. I love it when a plan comes togather. Give Feingold some new rope so he can hang more of the dim-wits. He sure made asses of the 45 left wing members of the Senate in one swoop.
